What is Able Home Performance?
Able Home Performance is an energy efficiency contracting company based in Rockland, MA, serving various cities and towns in Southern Massachusetts. We strive to help homeowners make their houses more energy-efficient and comfortable through services such as insulation upgrades, air sealing, mold treatments, window assessments, and, of course, home energy assessments.
Our team of experts specializes in analyzing and understanding how well each home uses energy. From there, we make professional recommendations regarding how improvements can be accomplished. We are a Mass Save® Partner, meaning we offer all of our customers full-service, no-cost Mass Save® or custom insulation solutions regardless of the size of your home’s comfort situation.

Richard Meier is a highly experienced Crew Chief who has been a key part of the Able Home Performance team since February 2020. With over a decade of hands-on experience in home performance and weatherization, Richard ensures every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
As a crew leader, Richard is known for keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish, managing both the technical details and team coordination with a calm, confident approach.
When he’s not on-site leading the charge, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and bringing people together through music—often hosting karaoke nights around Braintree and Quincy.
Duane Collins - Crew Lead
Joined the Able team in February 2024

Duane is a seasoned Crew Chief who became part of the Able Home Performance family in early 2024. With more than a decade of experience in the weatherization and energy efficiency field, Duane brings a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project.
He’s recognized for his ability to keep jobs on track and his leadership style that promotes teamwork, clear communication, and top-notch results from start to finish.
Outside of work, Duane enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid fan of live sports events whenever he gets the chance to cheer from the stands.
Claude Ozerus - Weatherization Tech
Joined Able in March 2024 through the Clean Energy Pathways Program
Claude Ozerus began his journey with Able Home Performance as an intern through the Clean Energy Pathways program in March 2024. During his internship, Claude received hands-on training that laid a strong foundation for his transition into a full-time role with our team.
Since then, Claude has quickly become an invaluable part of our crew. He approaches every project with curiosity, drive, and a strong desire to grow professionally—always looking for opportunities to learn and expand his skills in the field.
When he’s not on the job, Claude enjoys staying active through training and keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the home performance industry.
Jose Payoute - Weatherization Tech
Joined Able in March 2024 through the Clean Energy Pathways Program
Jose Payoute joined Able Home Performance in March 2024 as part of the Clean Energy Pathways program, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the field of energy efficiency and weatherization. After completing the program, Jose seamlessly transitioned into his role as a technician, putting his skills into action on real job sites.
Jose brings enthusiasm, focus, and a strong work ethic to every project. He’s committed to learning and growing in the industry and has already become a dependable member of the team.
When he’s off the clock, Jose is a passionate outdoorsman and explorer, loving to spend time at the beach whenever possible.
Luismani Francisco - Weatherization Tech
Joined Able in September 2024 via the Clean Energy Pathways Internship
Luismani Francisco came to Able through the Clean Energy Pathways program, where he received hands-on training in the field of home performance and weatherization. Since joining in September 2024, Luismani has quickly become a reliable and hardworking member of the crew, bringing focus, energy, and a willingness to learn to every job.
Outside of work, Luis is passionate about fitness—he enjoys lifting weights at the gym and staying active by playing basketball.

Allison Prince brings over a decade of experience as a certified BPI energy auditor to the Able Home Performance team. Known for her thorough assessments and warm, personable approach, Allison finds deep meaning in helping Massachusetts families, seniors, and homeowners save on energy costs while reducing their carbon footprint.
A proud mom of three and lifelong Weymouth resident, Allison stays busy outside of work with her kids’ activities—from gymnastics and soccer to swimming and playground adventures. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, and weightlifting.
Frantzso Saintime - Weatherization Tech

Frantzo joined Able Home Performance through the Clean Energy Pathways internship program, where he received hands-on training in weatherization and energy efficiency. From the start, he has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in mastering his craft.
